What we collect

When you make an enquiry or booking we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, rental dates, and any notes you include — such as wheelchair dimensions or NDIS plan details, which you provide so we can match you to a suitable vehicle.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, confirm bookings, match vehicles to your needs, invoice you (or your plan manager, where you ask us to), and contact you about your rental. We do not sell your information or use it for third-party marketing.

NDIS and health-related information

Details about mobility equipment or NDIS participation are sensitive. We only collect what's needed to fit you to a vehicle and process your booking, we only share it with your plan manager when you direct us to, and we don't use it for any other purpose.

Storage and security

Enquiries reach us by email and phone. We keep booking records only as long as needed for the rental, invoicing and our legal obligations, and we take reasonable steps to protect them from misuse or unauthorised access.

Access and correction

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we're legally required to keep). Email [email protected] or call 0401 613 530.

Complaints

If you have a privacy concern, contact us first and we'll do our best to fix it. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
